The Aero Carbon has been tested according to EN 12184 and therefore meets all standards.

The warranty for the Aero Carbon: 3 years on the frame, 3 years on technical components, 1 year on the battery

Yes, the joystick can be mounted on either the right or left armrest.

The battery can be charged while installed in the product using the supplied charger via the charging port on the joystick or directly on the battery. It is also possible to remove the battery and charge it separately using its own charging port. External charging allows you, for example, to store the product in a car or garage while charging and storing the battery indoor.

The lithium battery provides a range of up to 15 km per charge. Actual range depends on factors such as user weight, terrain, weather conditions, and driving behavior.

To ensure optimal battery life, store it at a temperature between 10° and 25°C in a dry, ventilated room. Before storage, charge the battery to around 70%. If stored for a long period, recharge the battery every 3 months.
